This project, inaugurated almost a year ago, is one of the first commercial buildings of this type and size (17000m² SDP) certified PassivHaus. For the façade, the request related to a VEC aspect with a 20 mm joint between glazings, alternations of concave straight and curved straight and convex façades in continuity, and a UCW objective of 0.8 W / m².K. To do this, the architect Artefact, planned to use triple glazing which also makes railing, with glazing layout up to L.1.5 x H.4.11 m. for a weight up to 500 kg. The curtain wall solution with clamming glazing appeared the most relevant, in this case the Reynaers Aluminium CW 60-SC system. It has been adapted with specific creations, including pieces of glazing supports depending on the different façade curves to be connected, integration profiles, fire and fire escape frames (TS 68).
